Why create a customer account with Maison Lejaby?

You can make purchases on Maison Lejaby without creating an account. However, if you register on the site, your Maison Lejaby account will offer the following benefits:

Track your orders and your purchase history

Request a return or exchange directly from your account - add out-of-stock items to your wish list (= link to wish list) to be notified when they are back in stock

Be among the first to get a sneak peek at our new collections and bookmark your favourites in our seasonal Lookbook Manage your account information, delivery addresses and email settings

I am unable to log in to my account, what should I do?

We suggest checking your email address and password. If you still can't log on, you can ask for a new password by clicking on "forgotten password".

You will receive an automated email to help you change your password.

How can I change my personal information?

To access your personal information, click on the customer account icon at the top right of the website and log in. At the top left of the page you will see your title, address, orders, wish list and newsletter subscription preference.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "forgotten password" next to the log in area. You will receive an automated email allowing you have your password re-sent.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

To keep you up to date with new products and promotions, Maison Lejaby sends out regular newsletters. To receive these newsletters free of charge, simply tick the "Sign me up for the newsletter" box when you register on the site. If you are already past this step, you can find the sign-up area at the bottom left of the site. Enter your email address and you will automatically receive our newsletter.

My orders

Is my order being processed?

We start processing your order as soon as you receive your confirmation email with your order number. If you haven't received the email yet, check whether your bank has processed your payment. You may also want to check that your email address matches the one shown in your customer account.

How can I check the status of my order?

An order may be at different stages: payment received, being prepared, order shipped, etc. Each time the status of your order changes, you receive an email notification. In addition, you can see the status of your order via your customer account/my orders.

Can I cancel or modify an order already placed?

As soon as your payment has been processed, the delivery process for your order is triggered. You should contact the Customer Service Department as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order: +33 (0)4 72 01 46 96 or by email at service.client@maisonlejaby.com. If your order has already been shipped, you have 14 days in which to send it back for a refund.

Returns

Quelle est la procédure pour effectuer un retour ?

Maison Lejaby offers free returns and exchanges. Under French law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return any items. The items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed. You will not be able to add other items not already declared to the Maison Lejaby Customer Service Department. The Returns Department is authorised to refuse any package that does not meet these criteria, and that does not identify you as the sender, thereby making it impossible to send you a refund. When will I receive my refund?

Once you receive your return authorisation, you have 14 days to send your items back. When we receive your package and as long as it is compliant, we process refunds within 10 days by crediting the bank card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

What size should I order?

To find your size, you need to know how to measure yourself. We suggest you take a look at the "How to measure yourself" section (link to finding the right size). This will help you choose lingerie that will enhance your body.

How can I safely wash my lingerie?

To prevent damaging your lingerie, we recommend handwashing only. Machine washing, tumble drying or dry cleaning can harm your lingerie. Be sure to thoroughly rinse your lingerie in cold water to remove any detergent residue in the fibres. Then very gently press down on your lingerie inside a water-absorbent towel and leave it to dry on a flat surface.

Is my payment secure?

Maison Lejaby has partnered with Caisse d'Epargne to guarantee secure online payment. When you enter your bank details, you will always be on the Caisse d'Epargne secure payment website, not on our website. Maison Lejaby never has access to your bank details. Online payments with a credit card are completed via the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL technology) system which encrypts your bank details when they are sent over the network. All your purchases on maisonlejaby.fr are protected and secure. Your bank details are encrypted and will never be saved. You can shop on our site with complete peace of mind. What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your purchases on maisonlejaby.fr with a bank card: Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard. You can also use PayPal. We guarantee the complete confidentiality of our bank details. The SSL protocol keeps your information secure and automatically checks the validity of access rights when you pay using a bank card. All information exchanged is encrypted to ensure confidentiality. We do not see and never store information relating to your bank card. My payment was refused. Why?

You will receive an sms authenticating your payment. Make sure you entered the right mobile phone number and that you have access to a network for receiving sms messages. This will allow you to verify your identity when making an online payment. Sometimes, payment by bank card or PayPal may not go through, unfortunately. In this case, try to complete your order again or contact your bank directly to find out what this is happening.

Delivery

How can I track the delivery of my order?

As soon as your order is received by the post office, it will be assigned a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order within France. Your tracking number is shown in your account.

Where and how can I receive deliveries?

Deliveries can be made anywhere you choose: at your home, at a friend's home, at work... Simply complete the mandatory fields in the delivery address tab. Maison Lejaby has an official boutique in Lyon. You can have your order delivered free of charge to the following address: 1 rue des 4 chapeaux - 69002 Lyon.

How long will my order take to arrive?

That depends on the method you chose when placing your order:

I haven't received my order, what can I do?

We suggest checking the status of your order in your customer account to verify that it has been dispatched. You can use your tracking number to see where your order is, in France or in Europe. If your order is shown as "delivered" but if, unfortunately, you still haven't received it at your home, post office or Point-Relais, please contact SoColissimo (France) or UPS (Europe) to find out where it is. If it is definitively lost, please contact customer service at: +33 (0)4 72 01 46 96 or by email at service.client@maisonlejaby.com.

How can I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address, log in to your customer area and change your address in the My addresses/Edit address tab.

How much are shipping charges?

To provide the high-quality service you expect, we use two reputable delivery services: La Poste and UPS.

Deliveries can be made to the following European Union countries: Mainland France, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain (excluding the Canary and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Poland.
